If for any reason you are not happy with a product please notify us within 7 days of delivery, return the goods and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Cut lengths of fabric are non-returnable unless faulty.

We offer a secure on-line payment system through our website, which accepts credit and debit card payment. For bespoke orders of items not on our website, payment will be on a proforma basis and via bank transfer
C A R E I N S T R U C T I O N S
We recommend dry-cleaning for our linen products and at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle for our cotton products.
